Mission

Our mission is to identify and honor those women, in our great state of Virginia, who are in service to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and to their communities, by using their exceptional talents and skills, in all spheres of influence, including in business, ministry, education, liberal arts, military, healthcare, community advocacy, and in government, we strive to bring awareness to their great work. She Leads Virginia also promotes a love of God, and Country, by highlighting the unique historical influence Virginia has on our United States of America.

Vision

Our vision is that all across Virginia honored women, through our prayers, special events and legislative certification by our elected officials, are empowered to expand their good work and to see other women, of all cultures, denominations, and ages, joining them, being encouraged also to rise to their great potential for the betterment of all Virginians...for such a time as this, seeing a growing love for God, this great state, and our blessed United States.
